Frequently asked questions
Do I need a server in the restaurant?
No. Tawlix runs in the cloud, and the cashier PC runs the branch on its own when the internet drops.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply at once and downgrades from the next period, and your data is never deleted either way.
What hardware does it run on?
A PC for the cashier, tablets for waiters and the kitchen or a kitchen screen, and thermal printers. We can supply the hardware too.
How is the subscription paid?
We issue a periodic invoice to each restaurant, currently paid by bank transfer.
